All of our end of line fabric stock,whether your order 1meter or 100meters it just £4.95 for our postage and packaging, yep, that's it, less than £5 to send anywhere in mainland UK, and if you order before 12pm, it will be with you the next working day by 4pm, for all in stock items! If you are based outside of mainland UK, please call one of the team and we shall advise you on shipping charges.
Those products on a current basis, aka, linings, heading tapes etc, are subject to stock availability, which we do try to keep up, however sometimes in times of high demand, this may take an extra few days, any concerns please call on of the team and we shall advise.
If you are purchasing current materials from us, with well known designers/ manufacturers, we pass on their shipping charges, which do vary, so please call and ask on of our team for advice if you are looking to get hold of a current material.
Order up to 6 samples free of charge, any more than 6 and you shall be charged £2.95 postage and packaging.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We offer refunds on all products if you are unhappy with the product, however there will be a 10% Handling and Cutting Charge.
We will also not refund postage and packaging costs when the fabric has been ordered without a sample. If you would like to reserve the fabric whilst you wait for a fabric sample please call End of Line Fabrics Office and speak to one of the team, who will happily reserve a fabric for 5 days while you receive and decide on the Fabric.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your Invoice Number is suffice.
There are certain situations where only none or partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing products for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping: To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
